Use the public BalanX ProofPath issue tracker for this plugin's public package and service behavior. Reading public issues does not require a private project account; posting may require the hosting platform's sign-in. No response-time or service-level commitment is stated here.

Include a minimal public example

• The plugin version, requested operation and public repository/tag or supported media ID.
• The UTC observation time, check status and sanitized error code.
• A public evidence URL or digest receipt only when it contains no sensitive data.

Public issues can be read by everyone. Do not post credentials, customer information, personal records, private source, model internals, full conversations or private attachments.

Understand unresolved results

HTTP 404 means the requested public record was not found. A failed PNG check can coexist with a matching hash. A service error or request limit means a check remains unavailable; it does not prove success. Recheck only when a fresh observation is needed.
